Reach a hosted instance's tools from the Claude desktop app, as a custom connector over HTTP. A review raised there is answered in a panel beside the conversation, later than the call that raised it.
In revetly.toml at the project root, let the app register itself at your
issuer:
# revetly.toml
[auth]
registration_hosts = ["claude.ai"]
Revetly carries this list to the issuer the scaffold wrote in its realm file, which the issuer imports on a first start only.
Read the address to paste, and anything the app still needs declared:
revetly doctor --offline
[PASS] connect Anthropic/ClaudeAI 1.0.0: Settings -> Connectors -> Add custom connector, with the URL <PUBLIC_URL> …
Add that URL as a custom connector in the app, then ask for /revetly-ground.
You should see search_context (as the Claude desktop app shows it)
claude.ai to registration_hosts, then rebuild the
issuer's volume or make the same change at the issuer.
